When switching to a vegan diet, it’s important to get started off on the right track. Regardless of what diet you have, planning and awareness are important in maintain a good and healthy diet it. Detoxing

So you’ve made the switch to a plant based or vegan diet. You won’t fully see the benefits of it until this takes place. Even though a diet change is a big step toward improving your health, it won’t undo all those years that you were eating things that weren’t the best for you. They’re still sitting in your body creating problems. A detox will help move them out of your system so your body can start experiencing the benefits of your change.

 

Becoming Vegan

Like it was said above, the theme of diet in general is planning, and awareness of what you are doing to your body. Our bodies have different nutritional demands based on us and how we live (Our age, gender, level of activity/inactivity, etc) This book gives the structure needed to ensure you’re getting everything you need based on your lifestyle.

 

The Raw foods lifestyle

In any type of diet, raw plant foods play a role in the longevity and energy of the person. They are needed to promote peristalsis inside your body which results in more energy and less stress on your body. A vegan diet is no exception. This book gives you the science of eating raw foods. Whether you choose to go Raw foods vegan is another thing but at minimum, raw foods should be part of your diet.
